Most people call it epoxy, and that is fine by us. Technically we install a polyurea base coat with a polyaspartic top coat. It cures faster than true epoxy, handles UV without yellowing, and lets us finish in one day instead of two.

How long until I can use the floor?

Walk on it the same evening, move things back the next morning, park on it in 24 hours. Exterior surfaces like pool decks and driveways follow the same schedule.

Will it work on my lanai or pool deck?

Yes. Exterior systems use UV-stable products with added texture so the surface stays grippy when wet. Pool decks get a finish that runs cooler underfoot than bare concrete. Florida sun, salt systems, and afternoon rain are exactly what these products are built for.

Almost every Florida slab has some cracking, and routine repair is included in our price. Major settling, spalling, or moisture problems get flagged during measurement with a line-item cost, so the final number never surprises you.

Do you coat metallic or decorative floors?

Accepted Answer

We skip the full metallic and artistic-resin systems on purpose, because keeping the product line tight is how we keep quality high and pricing simple. The one custom touch we do offer is logos and graphics: we print them in-house and embed them in a standard flake or solid-color floor. So you can have your brand, team, or car-club emblem set into the surface without us taking on finishes we are not set up to do well.

How much does a custom logo floor cost?

Accepted Answer

The logo is a flat add-on on top of the regular per-square-foot floor price, usually $300 to $700 depending on how big it is and how much fine detail it has. We print the graphic in-house and embed it under the top coat, and you get the price up front before any work starts.
